How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. For Europe: 3-7 business days. For International (USA, Canada and others): 7-15 business days. Please add 2-5 business days for processing.
Can I return a product? Made-to-order personalised products cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your product arrives damaged or with errors, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a free replacement or full refund.
