Refund policy
At Zeta & Eme we offer two types of products with different conditions:
Custom products (own designs, print-on-demand) Each product is made especially for you when you place an order. As these are custom-made products, they are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or change of mind.
If you receive a damaged product or a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing emezeta14@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Fashion and accessories (women's clothing and accessories) In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.
To initiate a return:
Contact us at emezeta14@gmail.com with your order number and reason
The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrives damaged or defective
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days
In case of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
